Looking for a CS Operations Support (technical) to join our awesome team in a cool startup in Talpiot!
Our Customer Success department is growing and we’re looking to add a highly dedicated, dynamic new member to the team! As CS Ops Support, you will focus on managing the onboarding and ongoing optimization of our customers’ accounts. You will leverage internal resources and ensure that customers get the most of our platform with regular updates and account maintenance. With a keen eye for details, the CS Ops Support will help us retain our clients with the maximum value of product. We’re looking for self-motivators and team players that will contribute to our growing company.

Responsibilities:
● Gain a deep understanding of our platform and technology
● Analysis of data and accounts
● Maintain a pulse of all accounts
● Receive mentorship and detailed general instructions for routine work
● Work on multiple projects and internal point of contacts
● Liaise between our global development team and US-based CS team
● Identify areas of improvement on client accounts
● Work closely with manager to meet KPIs Requirements
● Technical background, bonus if in Google Analytics and SaaS
● Customer Success onboarding experience, a plus
● Ability to pull key metrics together
● Self-motivated
● Detail oriented
● Team player
● Timely interaction with internal teams
● Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a high-growth, dynamic environment
● Strong communication and written skills
● Experience in data entry
