Responsibilities include:


Set standards for how projects processes and inter department interfaces are run
Ensure project management standards and professional Services methodologies are followed
Help define implement and measure global methodologies, processes, measurements
Gathering of project data and production of information for management review
Source of guidance and advice for project managers / PS processes / PS interfaces
Managing and facilitating the portfolio management process
Responsible for new methodologies implementation (cross group and regions)
Monitoring Group KPI’s / responsible for monthly Quarterly and yearly reports
Help define improvement processes (cross department and interfaces)
Measure departments and organization load – analyzing bottlenecks and propose relevant mitigation plan
Global and regional Budget monitoring and control
Part of Professional services management

Desired Skills and Experience

PMO Expertise in mid to big organization
Project management background
Management skills
Working in Matrix environment

Required professional experience:


Knowledge of tools and supportive infrastructure
