WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER FOR OUR JERUSALEM CAREER PROGRAM
We are looking for a talented team member with a passion for people to join our team, to work closely with Olim Chadashim, Mentors, Alumni and Employers in Jerusalem.
In collaboration with the Jerusalem Municipality and Tzeirim Bamerkaz, The Career Program by Gvahim operates courses, providing highly skilled new immigrants and returning citizens, with tools and guidance to integrate the Israeli job market and fulfill themselves professionally in Israel.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
Manage the implementation and execution of the career programs, including:
Organization of activities: programming schedule workshops, mentors trainings, monthly meet-ups, alumni gatherings, etc…
Connecting Olim to potential employers, managing freelancers service suppliers
Recruitment and selection of participants and mentors.
Monitor performance (satisfaction surveys, evaluation of progress, mentors follow-up)
Day-to-day office management and administration.
Maintain and update CRM database
BA/ MBA (Social/ behavioral sciences/ Marketing /Communication)
Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in fields of training and/or HR recruitment
Knowledge of Jerusalem job market and ecosystem
Team- player and self-driven individual
Strong project-management skills (goal -setting, organization, and implementation).
Fluent Hebrew and English- must
Additional languages- a big advantage!
Written and verbal communication skills.
