The Learning developer position at Mobileye will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of our learning solutions to support the product and other business goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will help to keep the knowledge and professionalism of our employees, distributors and customers. The learning developer will be responsible to understand the needs of all segments and to develop a high standard web based learning solutions aligned with the department’s business goals and needs and to maintain our Aftermarket Academy up to date.
Provide learning solutions to train employees on working procedures, existing and new products, tools and orientation
Responsible for the onboarding learning plan for new employees (developing and delivering)
Collaborate with marketing corporate team to support the learning needs of our customers, distributors and end users.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
2-3 years experience in web based learning tutorials using Storyline2 at a global company – MUST
2-3 years experience in writing learning content in English – MUST
Experience as a Moodle system Admin – advantage
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to understand the learning needs. You will interact constantly with teammates across different departments and prospects.
Technical background – Advantage
Fluent English is required, additional foreign language an advantage
**The position is temporary for 6 months**
