We are looking for a VP Customer Success to manage a growing team and drive the delivery of a SAAS Product in the health industry. If you are excited about technology, result driven and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’re looking for you to join our team.
What you’ll do:
• Manage a growing customer success team and ensure they are taking care of clients and enabling them to achieve success with our product
• Design and develop a methodology to improve delivery of our product to clients
• Manage relationships with key clients working with Account Managers to ensure client projects meet defined success criterion
• Communicate with sales, development, and implementation departments regarding resource allocation and establishing a product roadmap
• Migrate clients from legacy product to new SAAS product
• Proven track record of project management across all aspects of the development lifecycle from conception through final delivery of a software product
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Experience liaising with customers, partners and development teams
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver
• Strong analytical abilities
• Relevant BA Degree
• Fluent English with exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Ability to travel abroad when needed
