VinciWorks is looking for an Office Manager to organise and coordinate our company operations and administration duties. This position entails creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and communication.
An excellent office manager is, above all, an organised and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills in English and Hebrew. They need to be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
– Daily office organisation and ongoing administrative support both in Israel and in the UK
– Take care of the welfare needs of the company employees
– Direct assistance to management
– Coordinate and lead employee benefits
– Record office expenses, payments and maintain our supply lines with our vendors
-Fluent English and Hebrew
-Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
-Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
-A great team player, people person – service oriented
