Physical Space

Made in JLM (R.A.), dedicated to promoting technology and innovation in Jerusalem, is currently seeking a municipal property to host public activities aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship, employment training, and integrating young adults from diverse communities into high-productivity jobs within the city.

We are looking for a space approximately 1,000 square meters (which may span multiple floors), suitable for the following purposes:

  • A visitor center for innovation-focused groups and delegations, including a lecture hall accommodating up to 100 people.

  • Classrooms dedicated to entrepreneurship training programs in partnership with leading tech companies.

  • An open space designed for hackathons, equipped with tables and chairs for around 100 participants.

  • A casual club/lounge area furnished with beanbags and comfortable seating for informal meetings among early-stage startups.

  • An office floor featuring meeting rooms and phone booths (similar to a "WeWork" environment) for organizations operating the facility and corporate projects related to our training programs (up to 100 people).

  • Facilities capable of hosting community workshops and public events focused on technology and innovation, catering to diverse audiences and age groups, in collaboration with multiple partners.

Preference will be given to properties located in accessible, central areas easily reached by public transportation and private vehicles, ideally close to cafes, restaurants, and other commercial amenities.
